Rules & Regulations

  • Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • Children under 18 are the responsibility of their registered quest and need to return to their campsite at quiet time.
  • Quiet time is 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • All drivers must have a valid state driver’s license.  Learning permits are not accepted.  Open containers are not allowed in any vehicle. Driving any vehicle (including golf carts) while intoxicated will result in eviction. 
  • Follow the instructions of all park team members and park signage.
  • Amenities have specific sets of rules.  Please refer to the signage at each location.  Outdoor amenities close at dusk.
  • The speed limit throughout the entire park is 5 mph.  Please drive slowly and watch out for children and pets.
  • Trash should be put in dumpsters as indicated on the Site Map.  Please keep your site clean and leave it as you found it. 
  • Pets are the responsibility of the owner.  Please be courteous and clean up after your pet.  We are a pet friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash and may not disturb other guests.  Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or exotic pets.  Please no tethering pets outside unattended.
  • Please be courteous of other guests and use only roadways and access paths.  Walking or biking through campsites is prohibited. Everyone must have flashlights at night.
  • Washing your vehicle or watering your lawn at your site must be approved by the park manager.  When washing your vehicle, please see the office for your permit and a nominal fee applies. Please help us conserve water.
  • The number of people on your site may be regulated by park management. 
  • Grey water must be contained and disposed of at the dump station — it's the law.
  • Strictly prohibited items or actions include: firearms, fireworks (including firecrackers), loud or disorderly conduct, and foul language.
  • Motorcycles may only be driven from the park office/registration area to your site. 
  • Golf carts require valid license and proper lighting at night.  A copy of your insurance is required at the main office.
  • No advertising in windows or on your site is allowed.
  • No "For Sale" signs permitted in campground or on camping units.
  • One (1) camping unit and two (2) motorized vehicles permitted per site.
