| Can we pay by check upon arrival? | |
| We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, Travelers Checks or Morgan RV Resorts Gift Certificates. |

| What are the check-in and check-out times? | |
| Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. |
|
|
| What is the cancellation policy? | |
| Cancellation Policy: 21 days or more notice required to receive a full refund minus a $50.00 service fee. Twenty (20) days to one (1) day notice will be eligible for a credit in the current or following season. No refunds or credits will be given for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature or evictions. All holiday reservations are non-refundable/non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. All seasonal deposits are non-refundable. If not arriving on your scheduled day, you must call and notify the park or your site will be forfeited as of 8:00 a.m. the following day. |

| Do you allow bicycles? | |
| Yes, we do. Helmets are recommended. |

| Do you allow Motorcycles, 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, golf carts, mopeds, mini-motorcycles of any Kind, skateboards & go carts? | |
| Only motorcycles & golf carts are allowed, and they may only be driven from the park office/registration area to your site. Copy of your insurance is required. Vehicles must be driven by a licensed driver. |

| Do you allow pets? | |
| Yes, we are a pet friendly resort; all breeds are welcome. |

| Do you allow visitors? | |
| Campers are responsible for their guests. Visitors must leave by 10:00 p.m. unless registered as overnight guests. Visitors arriving after 9:00 p.m. must register as overnight guests. Unregistered guests and their hosts will be asked to leave the park. |

| Can another family set up a tent or pop-up on our site? | |
| We only permit one camping unit per site, a maximum of 6 guests per site. |

| Can we set up a tent for our children? | |
| If it is for the kids to enjoy a night outdoors that is fine as long as we are not exceeded our maximum persons per site. |

| You are a family camping resort, do you cater to singles? | |
| Yes, we cater to everyone. |

| Are we allowed to have a campfire? | |
| Fires are permitted in the fire rings which are provided at each site. |
|
|
| Do you offer internet connection? | |
| Yes, there is a free Wi-Fi throughout the property. |
