Rules & Regulations

  • Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. for campsites.  Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • Please do not walk or climb on stone retaining walls. They are for landscaping purposes only.
  • Our property is enclosed by wildlife fencing. Please be aware of the boundaries and stay within our property.
  • No open fires allowed in the RV Park.  Small campfires only built in the fire ring provided at sites.  We reserve the right to restrict fires based on Forestry Service fire conditions.   No cutting of trees or underbrush.  We are supporting the US Forest Service initiative to protect our forests, trees, campgrounds and recreational areas; therefore, you may not bring firewood onto the property with you.  Firewood that has been harvested from our property is available for sale at the lodge.
  • Visitor Policy: All visitors must obtain a pass from the lodge.
  • Campers are responsible for their guests. Visitors must leave by 10:00 p.m. unless registered as overnight guests.  Visitors arriving after 9:00 p.m. must register as overnight guests.  Unregistered guests and their hosts will be asked to leave the park.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by parents or guardian at all times in common areas.
  • Quiet time is 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.   All fires must be extinguished before this time.
  • All drivers must have a valid state driver’s license.  Learning permits are not accepted.  Open containers are not allowed in any vehicle. Driving any vehicle while intoxicated will result in eviction including golf carts and bicycles.
  • Follow the instructions of all park team members and park signage.
  • Amenities have specific sets of rules.  Please refer to the signage at each location.  Outdoor amenities close at dusk.
  • The speed limit throughout the entire park is 5 mph.  Please drive slowly and watch out for children, wildlife and pets.
  • Trash will be picked up from your site each morning. Please do not leave it out over night.
  • Pets are the responsibility of the owner.  Please be courteous and clean up after your pet.  We are a pet friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash and may not disturb other guests.  Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or exotic pets.  Pets cannot be tethered outside, and they are not allowed in the Cave or other Common Areas.
  • Please be courteous of other guests and use only roadways and access paths.  Walking or biking through campsites is prohibited. Please use flashlights after dark.
  • The number of people on your site may be regulated by park management.  Max of 6.
  • Grey water must be contained and disposed of at the dump station — it's the law.
  • Strictly prohibited items or actions include: firearms, fireworks (including firecrackers), loud or disorderly conduct, and foul language.
  • ATV’s, 4-wheel vehicles, motorcycles, cars or any motorized vehicles are not allowed on the mountain. You may hike the trails on the property or ride mountain bikes. Hikers and bikers must be registered campground guests. Bikes are not to be operated after dark.
  • To conserve water, we ask that guests not wash any vehicles at their sites.
  • Alcoholic beverages may be consumed only at your site. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the common areas.
  • Motorcycles may only be driven from the park office/registration area to your site.
